#UKRAINE—#UA General Staff has started the transfer of 15k troops from the #Kiev theatre of the conflict to #Dnepropetrovsk—for the reinforcement of the Eastern Front. Special forces of the UA army and #SBU (Secret Police) were sent yesterday to #Donbass. Prelude to final battle.
