7月12日，应菲律宾单方面请求建立的南海仲裁案仲裁庭将发布最终裁决。

在这紧急时刻，在荷研习国际法的学生学者们组成法眼看南海研究组，共同起草了一封公开信以谴责菲律宾背弃协议，滥用《联合国海洋法公约》，处心积虑包装仲裁诉求，妄图否定中国在南海的领土主权及海洋权利;批判仲裁庭无视本案实质争议，罔顾中方的排除性声明，越权行使管辖，无助和平解决南海争议。

Join us! Vote against South China Sea Arbitration

On 12 July, the Arbitral Tribunal in the South China Sea arbitration, unilaterally brought up by the Philippines against China, will issue its final award. We, the scholars and students of international law in the Netherlands, feel obliged to pierce the veil of the case, and make public a letter to:

identify the real disputes disguised in the 15 submissions by the Philippines to be the land territory dispute and maritime delimitation over the SCS Islands;

reveal the ultra vires acts of the tribunal;

demonstrate the Arbitration is neither binding nor helpful to the peaceful settlement of the disputes.
